Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA.
• Promote and sell company products/services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Requirements:

• Previous telesales/call center experience preferred (USA campaign experience is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral/accented).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts (USA time zone).
