IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance for Daska and Sambrial Exchanges by leading and engaging the team through effective daily sales and marketing strategies. The position requires maintaining a consistent sales pace , improving team productivity over time, and ensuring targets are achieved across a wide geographic area. You’ll provide strong leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous follow-up to keep the team motivated and focused, ensuring sustainable growth and improved results through professional and proactive management


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


Provide support to teams to achieve their monthly targets while adhering to quality benchmarks. Ensures implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory

Ensure territory sales targets are efficiently distributed across teams and territories to achieve the targets. Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation of all orders of respective teams to help teams to improve conversion ratios. Follow up on all pending orders with relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network in respective territory. Ensuring direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.

Collaborate with the trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with agreed policies within the teams.

Follow up of bill payments for new customers. Ensure quality of sales within territory

Identify areas for improvement in sales channels and help regional sales management to develop strategies to improve performance. Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

BA/ equivalent degree/ experience

Experience in the field of sales & distribution.

Excellent knowledge of Marketing & Business Acumen. .


Technical Competency:

IT Skills and MS Office

Interpersonal Skills

Sale and Business Acumen
