Role Summary

A proactive, detail-oriented coordinator-analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role goes beyond traditional coordination to include analytics, capacity/utilization reporting, and cross-functional process ownership across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance. The hire will improve revenue visibility, reduce margin leakage, accelerate cash collection, and increase delivery efficiency through data-driven reporting and tight stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Coordination & CRM Hygiene

· Support the sales team across the full cycle: LPO/SO creation, quotation & proposal prep, client follow-ups, and handover to Ops.

· Own CRM data quality (accounts, opportunities, activities), pipeline health, and weekly cadence reports for leadership.

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met and communication is seamless.

2) Analytics & Reporting (Utilization / No-Fill / Performance)

· Build and publish Weekly Utilization Reports (assets, time slots, delivery capacity vs. demand).

· Produce No-Fill / Missed-Service Reports with root-cause analysis and corrective actions; track closure of actions.

· Develop dashboards (Power BI/Excel) for sales performance, margin by account, volume trends, win/loss, DSO, and aging.

· Run ad-hoc analysis (pricing tests, discount impact, margin leakage, customer churn/retention) and present insights.

3) Technology & Data (with the Tech Team)

· Partner with the tech team on system enhancements, and simple automations (Power Query/advanced Excel).

· Manage data extracts/APIs (where applicable) for CRM ↔ ERP ↔ BI; perform data validation and reconciliation.

4) Finance Interface (Revenue Integrity & Collections)

· Track and report discounts vs. approvals, pricing exceptions, and credit terms compliance.

· Collaborate with Finance on cash forecasting, DSO reduction initiatives, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

· Female candidates are preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance (or relevant diploma).

· 3–5+ years in Sales Coordination / Sales Ops / Admin (Oil & Gas or logistics/field-ops preferred).

· Strong Excel (lookups/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, PivotTables, Power Query) and Power BI (data modelling, measures).

· Experience with CRM (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce) and exposure to ERP/billing and customer portals.

· Excellent English communication (written/verbal); confident with client interactions and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Highly organized, deadline-driven, with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Plus Points

· Basic SQL or scripting for data prep/automation.

· Experience building operational capacity/utilization models.

· Prior involvement in DSO/collections initiatives and margin analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
