IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards and driving sustainable growth within the assigned region. It ensures timely collection through follow-up on customer payments, aligns M1 and M2 collection targets with regional goals, and monitors order progress to ensure smooth processing and timely installations.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Achieve monthly sales targets by driving territory performance while maintaining quality benchmarks and aligning growth with regional objectives.
  • Ensure timely order processing, installation, and coordination with operations teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Drive effective collections by following up on new customer bill payments and aligning M1/M2 targets with regional goals.
  • Distribute sales targets strategically across teams and territories while supporting teams to meet performance and quality standards.
  • Strengthen retail network presence and ensure efficient product availability by managing channels, distributors, and franchisees in line with service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies, optimize sales channels, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in market research, sales intelligence, or data analysis, with a focus on supporting sales teams in the telecom or related industries.


Experience:


  • Experience/Knowledge in the field of sales & distribution.
  • Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
