Job Summary
As a Executive at Ledure Lightings Limited, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team and channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners, dealers, distributors to expand our distribution network.
· Proven track record of channel partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the lighting industry to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Focus on to achieve your monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of channel partner activities and sales performance. Generate reports to provide insights into channel sales activities and responsible to share with your reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Ability to analze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with lighting products, technology, and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
