IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
•Monitor the performance of all sales channels, including direct, indirect, and online channels, to ensure they meet sales targets and efficiency metrics.
•Work with channel teams to implement best practices and streamline operations to drive higher sales productivity.
• Ensure all sales channels adhere to established SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of channel activities to assess adherence to policies and identify any compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with channel partners to reinforce SOP compliance and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field
• Relevant Experience of 2 years.
• Excellent knowledge of business understanding.
