KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership & Team Management

 Supervise and mentor Sales Support Executives.

 Ensure that all team members adhere to defined processes and SLAs.

 Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with the team.

 Provide training and development support to upskill the team.

2. CRM & Data Management

 Oversee timely and accurate updates of CRM data by the Sales Support Executives.

 Ensure compliance with data integrity and lead tracking standards.

 ID Creation & Data Transfer – Ensure smooth student ID creation and accurate data

migration.

 Google Sheet Review – Maintain and validate data accuracy in reports and dashboards.

 Review Emails – Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of review emails.

3. Sales Pipeline Monitoring & Reporting

 Analyze the movement of leads through the pipeline and identify bottlenecks.

 Generate insights and reports on lead conversion and sales effectiveness.

 Work with the Program Manager to track event performance and business impact.

 Log Report & Lead Auditing (No Logs) – Ensure all lead records are logged correctly.

 Data Preparation for Reports – Compile sales and student data for performance

tracking.

 Fair Matrices / Coordination for Roles and Responsibilities – Oversee planning and

assignment of roles for fairs and events.

4. Event & Campaign Coordination

 Support planning and execution of events, including in-house fairs, hotel fairs, and

virtual fairs.

 Track student participation and post-event conversion rates.

 Coordinate with sales teams to optimize event outreach and follow-ups.

 University Visit – Support scheduling and execution of university visits.

 Keep the Event Planner Updated – Maintain accurate records of participating

universities and attendees.

5. Lead Management & Communications

 Lead Transfer – Ensure smooth and efficient lead distribution among sales teams.

 Review Emails / G-Chats / Team Queries / Calls from Branches – Address team

concerns and provide timely resolutions.

 Review Mails – Oversee the preparation and distribution of sales review emails.

 Morning Huddle – Lead daily meetings to align priorities and updates.

 Website Enquiries – Oversee the handling of incoming student inquiries.

 Miscellaneous Work – Manage ad-hoc tasks related to sales support.

 Miscellaneous Tasks / Various Reports / Zoom Links / FC Deletion / Trainings –

Manage multiple administrative and operational activities.

6. Process Optimization & Standardization

 Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

 Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.

 Work closely with stakeholders to streamline sales operations.

 Travel Plan – Assist in scheduling and coordination of travel plans for the team.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or CRM management.

 Proven experience in managing teams and leading operational processes.

 Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and performance tracking.

 Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms).

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience in the education industry or student recruitment is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
