Purchase Executive

About the Role

RLI Farms is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage and streamline procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective and timely purchases that support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing data, and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
• Track inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly.
• Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or discrepancies.
• Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policies and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations (freshers may apply if skilled).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and purchase systems.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
