Job Summary/Overview

This is a developmental trainee role crafted to offer immersive, hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Sales Support functions. The selected candidate will actively contribute to HR operations, recruitment coordination, and support the sales function through documentation, customer communication, and internal collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and source appropriate platforms for HR manpower requirements, including job portals, social media, and campus hiring channels.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records.
  • Learning & Executing the HRIS onboarding module for new hire.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and documentation.
  • Support the Sales function through order entry, maintaining and updating the order book, and ensuring alignment between Germany and India order records.
  • Assist in preparing key reports such as sales highlights, pipeline status, and other documentation that supports sales operations and decision-making.
  • Monitor AOP (Annual Operating Plan) vs Actual performance and track monthly orders and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts, Technical) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Help maintain CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations and reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree Human Resource Management or any Management studies.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in HR or Sales Support (for trainee role)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR and Sales processes
