Role Overview - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The Scheduler will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, communication efficiency, and operational excellence within the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates via email, phone, or ATS.

Send confirmation emails once interview dates and times are established.

Reschedule interviews as required, ensuring minimal disruption.

Track external candidates’ progress through pre-screening; follow up on pending applications.

Maintain data accuracy across all scheduling tools and systems.

Prepare and keep updated interview schedules and related data.

Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth communication at all times.

Support the TA team in delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

Prior minimum 1 year of corporate work experience is a must.

Candidate should preferably be based in Western Suburbs, with minimal travel involved.
