Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a search strategy that enables senior talent to move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Co coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes and become experts at attracting exceptional talent.
- Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python to provide real time insight into hiring trends.
- Conduct in depth behavioural talent interviews and deliver actionable insights.
- Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent hiring processes and drive results.
- Seek continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and ensuring the sourcing strategy supports this.
Qualifications
- Professional experience headhunting senior talent from a reputable executive search firm or in house search function with success in the Technology industry.
- Strong analytical problem solving ability with proficiency in SQL or Python.
- Experience conducting behavioural and competency based interviews and training stakeholders.
- Exposure to psychometric assessments and psychometric validity metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, People Analytics, or a related discipline.
- High level of personal organisation and the ability to work remotely and effectively.
- Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
