As the Executive Secretary to the CEO, you will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO Office by performing a wide variety of tasks ranging from administrative, organisational, and scheduling support to handling communication requirements and liaising with both internal and external.
Key Responsibility

Manages the CEO's diary by effectively scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other engagements

Coordinates business requirements for CEO approvals and signature.

Oversees Board Room bookings and ensures the functional and tidy condition of the Board Room.

Manages purchase requests and related tasks for the CEO's office.

Handles electronic data management and paper filing.

Completes miscellaneous administrative tasks for the CEO's office.

Supports cross-functional tasks and projects for the CEO and the BOD

Drafts written executive correspondence, such as emails and letters, and invitations.

Regularly aligns and fosters exchange with all departmental secretaries.

First point of contact for all matters related to the CEO from our network.
Pre-requisite
-
3+ years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior management.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience with project management software and collaboration tools.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance requirements.

Certification in office administration or executive assistance.
