Executive Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports, handling confidential correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documents.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, or business partners.
  • Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
