About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to our leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a mix of strategic projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate projects across departments, tracking progress and following up on deliverables.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.
  • Organize meetings, company events, and travel logistics.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain organized records and manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior management or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
