About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to our leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a mix of strategic projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to senior executives.
- Coordinate projects across departments, tracking progress and following up on deliverables.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.
- Organize meetings, company events, and travel logistics.
- Serve as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Maintain organized records and manage confidential information with discretion.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior management or coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
