- Act as a key communication link between executives and stakeholders.
- Track strategic priorities and follow up on key initiatives.
- Support preparation and coordination of high-level meetings, including those with external or government entities.
- Monitor progress of executive-led projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread official correspondence and documents.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, including confidential documents.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on assigned action items.
- Handle calls, emails, and incoming requests in a professional manner.
- Provide logistics support for events and internal activities.
- Manage office supplies and support procurement tasks.
- Prepare internal announcements and executive communications.
- Support documentation of reports, analyses, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare materials for data review and performance evaluation meetings.
- Maintain records related to continuous improvement and risk management processes.
