  • Act as a key communication link between executives and stakeholders.
  • Track strategic priorities and follow up on key initiatives.
  • Support preparation and coordination of high-level meetings, including those with external or government entities.
  • Monitor progress of executive-led projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread official correspondence and documents.
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, including confidential documents.
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on assigned action items.
  • Handle calls, emails, and incoming requests in a professional manner.
  • Provide logistics support for events and internal activities.
  • Manage office supplies and support procurement tasks.
  • Prepare internal announcements and executive communications.
  • Support documentation of reports, analyses, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for data review and performance evaluation meetings.
  • Maintain records related to continuous improvement and risk management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,500.00 - QAR14,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Executive Secretary : 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English & Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • QID (Preferred)
