Job Summary:

The Executive Secretary will serve as the key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining and organizing schedules, and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events with efficiency and professionalism. The Executive Secretary will also handle travel arrangements and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery. In addition, the role will support follow-up on key action items, track progress on ongoing initiatives, and assist in maintaining organized documentation and records.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive-level administrative or coordination roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
