We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, and possess strong organizational, communication, and basic financial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
  • Draft reports, memos, and documents as required
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting preferred)
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software
