We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, and possess strong organizational, communication, and basic financial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
- Draft reports, memos, and documents as required
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting preferred)
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
