We are looking for a responsible Executive Secretary to perform a variety of administrative, clerical tasks and providing support to our GM and Sales Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Generate regular reports and update databases
- Prepare Packing List, LPO, Quotations, Contracts as and when required
- You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
- Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Requirements:-
- Degree in Business Management or Diploma at least
- Proven work experience as a Executive Secretary least 2-5 years
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Can be male.
- Must be locally available and ready to join immediately.
- Must have valid NOC.
