Alkaffary Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure efficient office operations. A successful Executive Secretary will have outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team

Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Assist with project management and tracking key deliverables and deadlines

Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval

Support general office operations as needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
