As we embark on our next phase of strategic growth, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into the future.

Position Overview: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, regulatory compliance, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving performance in the industrial gas or energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term business strategy
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Lead and inspire the executive team and department heads to achieve strategic goals
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Ensure full compliance with UAE and regional regulations (including Free Zone/JAFZA if applicable)
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government bodies, and financial institutions
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and excellence within the organization

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or Managing Director in the gas, oil & energy, or industrial sectors
• Deep understanding of the industrial gas market, supply chain logistics, and regional regulations
• Proven ability to drive growth, lead organizational transformation, and manage multi-site operations
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Executive Leadership Certification preferred)
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
