About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive Emirati professional who demonstrates discretion, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior executives.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive office.
- Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and logistical support as required.
- Maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical) for record-keeping and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Emirati (Female only, as per role requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant or Secretary role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.
