Job Purpose
To handle all administration, documents control, secretarial tasks and documents translation of the department to smoothen the operations. Liaising with external counsels to ensure proper updates on the cases.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with all external lawyers regarding updates on the cases and invoices;
- Upload all contracts in DMS and ensure their expiry is linked to the alarm system;
- Manage the office in terms of liaising with all team staff and report on their tasks and their achievements;
- Organize filing and keep records of all documents.
- Manage organization sensitive documents, and ensure the compliance of the company's, prior granting access.
- Insure trade license renewal is done on time by following up with all concerned departments and making sure that all needed documents are provided
- Meeting the Notary Public to finalize pending transactions

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience as secretary/administrator
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of legal documents
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Good translation skills
- Good time management skills
