Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare high-quality correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain effective communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and record minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow for the MD’s office.
- Screen and respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and summaries for meetings.
- Assist in research, data collection, and preparing reports as required by the MD.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support senior management when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
