About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management in an oil trading company. The role requires strong coordination, documentation handling, and strict confidentiality in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official trade documents.
- Handle communication with suppliers, buyers, banks, shipping agents, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate filing of contracts, invoices, LC documents, and trade records.
- Coordinate with logistics, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive trading and company information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in oil trading or commodities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with oil trading documentation and UAE / Pakistan trade procedures.
