The Opportunity

In this role, you will become the go-to person for several important administrative and office support tasks. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting and strengthening our seamless, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role reports directly to the Local Service Sales Manager – UAE.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage general administrative tasks and office support.

  • Support various case-by-case projects, such as updating customer instructions.

  • Update sales documentation and branding materials.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, and legal) for proposal preparation, delivery, and project execution as needed.

  • Maintain contact with various suppliers and service vendors.

  • Promote Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture and vision to clients to gain commitment.

  • You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial or administrative work.

  • In-depth knowledge of office administration.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong customer relationship skills.

  • Ability to work independently with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
