The Opportunity
In this role, you will become the go-to person for several important administrative and office support tasks. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting and strengthening our seamless, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role reports directly to the Local Service Sales Manager – UAE.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage general administrative tasks and office support.
Support various case-by-case projects, such as updating customer instructions.
Update sales documentation and branding materials.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, and legal) for proposal preparation, delivery, and project execution as needed.
Maintain contact with various suppliers and service vendors.
Promote Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture and vision to clients to gain commitment.
You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial or administrative work.
In-depth knowledge of office administration.
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
