Executive Secretary to CEO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and dynamic Head Secretary to join our team. The Head Secretary will serve as a pivotal link between the Chairman and various company departments. She must possess advanced organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and the foresight to anticipate and address challenges before they arise. This is a critical role that requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure seamless operations across all business units.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional demeanor and polished appearance
• Cultural awareness and alignment with company values.
• Preference for candidates with a flexible schedule and independent commitments
• Experience in using AI such as Chatgpt,Gemini, Co- Pilot to speed up tasks.
• Experience in design software such as Canva,Looka,etc is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong English and Arabic verbal written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email platforms).
• Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Event and logistics coordination experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ERP software is advantageous.
