Executive Secretary to CEO

  • Role Overview

The Secretary to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office. This role requires discretion, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Secretary will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, reports, and documentation with discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication material for the CEO.
  • Track deadlines, reminders, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage office records, filing systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Executive Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
