We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary (Male) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs to ensure seamless daily operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
