We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary (Male) to provide dedicated administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Organize and manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO’s requirements to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting top-level management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
