We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary (Male) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure seamless operations and an efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting top-level management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
