Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
An Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and personal support to senior management by managing communications, schedules, and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper communication flow
- Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Handle daily task management, prioritizing activities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage and monitor personal and official accounts, including basic financial tracking and coordination
- Arrange travel plans, including flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and transportation
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Support general administrative and office management tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office / email platforms
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Fresh candidates with strong organizational and communication skills may also be considered
- Experience in handling calendars, emails, and coordination tasks will be preferred.
