We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to directly support the General Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Manage and organize the GM’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with hotel departments on behalf of the GM
  • Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or executive assistant (hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Female candidates preferred

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
