We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Male Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and official business correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes
- Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Liaise with senior management, clients, and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and corporate documentation
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
