Position Title: Senior Executive – Corporate Communications / Media Relations

Job Purpose
To support the Corporate Communications team in enhancing media visibility and building impactful brand narratives. The role focuses on content development for earned media, leadership visibility, and digital storytelling, contributing to strong brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Media Relations & PR Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day media relations and press engagement activities
- Draft and disseminate press releases, media advisories, and feature story ideas
- Track media coverage and prepare media reports and coverage summaries
- Maintain and update media contact databases and track journalist interactions
- Coordinate with PR agencies for story pitching, interviews, and event coverage
- Support execution of press conferences, media briefings, and industry events
Content Development & Brand Storytelling
- Research, draft, and edit content including press releases, leadership quotes, speeches, blogs, and award submissions
- Develop high-quality written content aligned with brand tone and positioning
- Support leadership communications and brand campaign narratives
- Collaborate with design and digital teams for cohesive visual and written storytelling
Digital & Social Media Support
- Contribute to social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Draft captions, scripts for video content, and curate posts highlighting key media moments and campaigns
- Track engagement and identify content amplification opportunities
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with internal teams for content validation, data gathering, and approvals
- Liaise with external vendors, photographers, and media partners
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all communications

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, content creation, or social media
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors is an advantage
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone
