Executive / Senior Executive – E-Com Operations (Supply Chain)

Experience: 2–5 years in Foods / FMCG (Quick Commerce / Q-Com experience preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Marketing team . The role involves end-to-end coordination of supply chain activities for E-Com and Q-Com partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and stock accuracy across CFAs and distribution points.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain operations and ensure seamless deliveries to E-Com & Q-Com platforms against Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with CFAs, distributors, and Q-Com points of contact for order execution.
• Ensure OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery rate, stock accuracy, and product availability.
• Oversee SKU-wise stock planning across CFAs.
• Handle reporting, documentation, and portal management for E-Com & Q-Com operations.
• Maintain day-to-day coordination with internal teams (planning, logistics, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders.
• Support in process improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Foods / FMCG sector; experience in Quick Commerce (Q-Com) operations is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations, distribution, and CFA management.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA / PGDM in Commerce/E-Commerce Management, Business Administration, Analytics from a recognized institution.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel , reporting, and portal handling.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
