Job description:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller mainly in Construction Industry.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensure that all documents are organized, filed, and labeled in a clear and accessible manner.
- Maintain and update a master document register, tracking revisions, versions, and document status.
- Assist in the preparation of transmittal, document transcriptions, and archiving of historical project data.
- Ensure compliance with document control policies procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Competencies:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Construction / Engineering Company in UAE.
- Computer literate in MS Office, and with good experience in role related software.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication
