Job description:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller mainly in Construction Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure that all documents are organized, filed, and labeled in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Maintain and update a master document register, tracking revisions, versions, and document status.
  • Assist in the preparation of transmittal, document transcriptions, and archiving of historical project data.
  • Ensure compliance with document control policies procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Construction / Engineering Company in UAE.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, and with good experience in role related software.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication
