You will manage Social Media Marketing for Crisil to build brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, optimize campaigns, and proactively manage brand reputation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Platforms Management
    • Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence by leveraging competitive research, platform insights, benchmarking, and audience understanding to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
    • Templatize and manage day-to-day posting for each business unit, ensuring smooth and consistent content rollout.
    • Apply platform best practices to maximize traction and engagement, including effective hashtag strategy, optimal posting times, caption length, tagging, and content formatting.
    • Conduct social listening and reputation management, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

    2. AI Tools and Applications for Social Media content creation and repurposing

    • Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) for copywriting, content generation, and design.
    • Create and edit videos using tools such as Lumen5 and Canva.
    • Research, brainstorm, and create high-quality social media assets in multiple formats (text, images, videos), adhering to brand guidelines, including posts, carousels, short videos, and infographics using AI-powered creative tools to maintain brand consistency and improve turnaround time.
    • Repurpose existing content across formats and platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency

    3. Content Consistency & Scheduling

    • Ensure social content (posts, videos, comments, multimedia) maintains a consistent tone and style aligned with brand voice and identity.
    • Implement a regular posting schedule to foster audience anticipation and engagement.
    • Create and manage SOPs for smooth functioning and ensuring brand alignment.
    • Create and update content calendars for every business unit on a timely basis.

    4. Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and actionable recommendations.
    • Develop quarterly reports including competitive benchmarking, market trends, industry trends and innovations on social media. 6. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
    • Work closely with Business Marketing, PR, Internal communications and business teams for smooth execution, updates, and reporting.

    5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

    • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on platforms.
    • Be an advocate and early adopter of AI tools to optimize efficiency and creativity in social media execution.
    • Track competitor activities and industry/ platform innovations to uncover opportunities for differentiation and content innovation.
    • Share trend-based insights and recommendations with the team to inspire fresh ideas and improve content performance.

    Key Requirements

    • AI & Social Media Platform fluency
      Deep understanding of social media ecosystems and analytics tools.
      • Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, and Lumen5 to streamline content, design, and video creation.
    • Data-driven thinking
      • Strong analytical acumen to interpret performance metrics, extract insights, and translate data into actionable content and campaign improvements.
    • Attention to detail and continuous learning
      • Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning and adopting emerging social media trends, AI tools, and best practices.
