We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team at a prestigious international luxury hotel. The ideal candidate is a creative, driven, and detail-oriented culinary professional with strong experience in high-volume operations, fine dining, and menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations across outlets, banquets, and events.
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency aligned with luxury brand standards.
Lead menu development, seasonal promotions, and culinary innovation.
Manage food cost, productivity, and kitchen efficiency.
Train, mentor, and develop culinary teams, ensuring high performance and strong HACCP compliance.
Act as Executive Chef in his/her absence.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in international cuisine, banquets, and fine dining.
Proven ability in cost control, team leadership, and kitchen management.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
