Executive / Sr. Executive Operations (Container Vessel)

Overall responsible to assist the department with Operations/Equipment Control activities.

Container Inventory Management:

1. Managing UAE container inventory between terminals/port.

2. Monitoring container moves & Opus updates.

3. Oasis update / Empty repo planning / loading arrangements.

4. Container off-hire & disposal activities.

5. Involving on container (dry+ reefer) MnR activities.

6. Need to monitor and follow up with terminal on container damage activities.

Operations:

1. Follow up with port / agency on berthing prospects.

2. Vessel schedule maintenance (FDR).

3. Vessel space management with Trade Management & Partner lines

4. Booking updates to Trade Management/vessel operators.

5. Follow up on special cargo handling and approvals.

6. Load list upload to terminal.

7. Empty repo booking creation in Dubai Trade portal.

8. Inter Terminal Transfer arrangement if necessary.

Transshipment:

1. Planning and arranging (MV & Feeder) T/S loading activities.

2. Split BL to handle, along with WNS.

3. Need to respond any T/S related queries.

Vendor payment (APPO/TPO)

1. SO / WO creation, confirmation & approval upon vendor Invoice checking.

2. 3rd party billing

Reports:

1. Weekly long stay container report.

2. Weekly inventory report.

3. Container throughput reports.

4. Terminal Departure Report.

**Qualifications:**

Graduate with Minimum 3 years of local similar industry experience

**Working Conditions:**

1. In house job but may need to visit Port/ Terminal, etc.,

2. If essential may need to work after office hours/public holidays etc., to complete the assigned tasks.
