Executive / Sr. Executive – Project Monitoring & Technical Advisory

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project monitoring and review for greenfield and fit-out construction projects, covering approvals, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and risks.
• Manage assigned projects end-to-end — from data collection, site visits, and report preparation to client discussions, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and document findings through detailed reports and MOMs.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or coordination issues, suggesting corrective measures.
• Assist with vendor billing, contracts, and project budget tracking in coordination with PM and QS teams.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation, safety standards, and client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• M.Tech / M.S. in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in project monitoring, site execution, or coordination.
• Prior experience with IPC/Developer firms (Project Development Services or Investment Risk Monitoring) preferred.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic AutoCAD.
• Exposure to project scheduling, task planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Additional Information

• Work Type: On-site (Office + Field Supervision).
• Preferred Candidates: Local from Chandigarh or willing to relocate from Gurgaon for a 2-year project assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
