Role Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage end-to-end supply operations. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring timely order closures, usage tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing support. The individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering higher customer satisfaction

Role Responsibilities

·Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure all orders are closed within promised timelines.

·Track usage, support fulfillment, invoicing, and measure OTIF.

· Manage Supplier Pick-Up Plans and ensure Pick-Up SLAs are met.

· Drive delivery plans based on internal KPIs to achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall OTIF.

·Handle product, fulfillment, or process-related queries from customers on the platform.

·Coordinate end-to-end order status tracking from Supplier Pickups to Delivery (Order Life Cycle).

·Produce regular status and quarterly activity reports for Moglix leadership.

·Manage support issues and escalations for Moglix customers.

Qualification & Experience

Essential/ Desirable

Work Experience

2+ years of experience in supply operations, vendor management, order fulfillment, or logistics in B2B, industrial, or e-commerce sectors.

Experience in vendor management.
