Executive - Support Engineer (Vista)

Your Profile

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues reported by end-users.
  • Identify the underlying causes of application errors and implement solution.
  • Monitor application performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve reliability and speed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including internal and clients, to address technical challenges and improve application performance.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configuration changes to applications.
  • Process documents, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
  • Perform the deployment and configuration of applications.

Your Checklist

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server (Installation, Backup, SQL Queries, etc) is must
  • Knowledge of IIS, configuring Web Service in IIS.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and meet SLAs.
  • Relevant experience in application support software tools or a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in regional langauage
