Purpose of the Job: Responsible for ensuring Equipment availability to produce quality product in a safe working environment at higher efficiency and optimal cost also to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure maximum uptime of PCR TBM and Stock machines (Extruder, Cutter/Slitter, Bead Room)
Provide hands-on mechanical engineering support to operations for troubleshooting and performance improvement.
Ensuring the availability of Critical Spares
Monitor and control key equipment parameters, efficiencies, and health indicators.
Lead and close Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns.
Ensure strict adherence to safe working procedures, including LOTO implementation
Promote safe system of work for all maintenance tasks..
Facilitate and promote employee participation in Kaizen, QCC, QC Story, and other improvement initiatives.
