Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
  • 7–8 years of experience in training, classroom management, or academy functions within service, retail, or similar sectors,
  • Advanced English proficiency,
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and results-driven mindset,
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to guest relations principles,
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-learning platforms,
  • Skilled in adult learning principles (andragogy) and interactive presentation techniques, including role plays, case studies, simulations, and storytelling.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct position-based training needs analyses and contribute to the development of the company’s training strategy,
  • Design, plan, and deliver both classroom and e-learning programs in alignment with business needs,
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reports, and completion rates,
  • Manage and track the training budget,
  • Update e-learning catalogs according to positions and competencies,
  • Introduce innovations in training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance learning processes,
  • Develop and maintain structured training programs, updating content periodically.
