QUALIFICATIONS

University degree, preferably in engineering, due to the technical nature of the training content

Preferably experience in training within the automotive sector, especially in technical areas

Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, components, and diagnostic tools

Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to express oneself clearly in public and deliver effective technical presentations

A team player, open to development, with strong communication skills, patience, and energy

Possession of a B-class driver's license, ability to actively drive vehicles, and no travel restrictions

Organizing and conducting technical certification trainings for after-sales processes for Toyota and Lexus brands, and preparing related training materials
