IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for O&M activities of Transport and Access NEs installed in the Attock district of RTR. Manage & resolve the critical issues/faults of Long Haul/Metro/FF Network. Monitoring of Transport and Access NEs in NMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing proactive measures to ensure fault free communication to the valued customers to achieve the maximum availability of transmission systems and FF Network installed in Attock district
• To assist in planning & availing shutdowns through well planned strategies for improving the efficiency of Fiber TXN and GPON systems
• Monitor the vendor work for O&M of Fiber systems according to specs and standard of PTCL Group
• Media Provisioning to PTCL/OLOs and corporate customers in Attock district
• Alarm monitoring and NOC trouble ticket rectification
• Traffic analysis for continuous improvement and up-gradation of network to avoid bandwidth congestion of Network Elements in Attock district

Qualification:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Software, Computer, Computer Science etc)

Technical Competencies

• Network Performance
• Monitoring of Network Equipment Alarms
• O&M of FF Network
