Executive – Treasury Operations

Position Title: Executive – Treasury Operations

Salary Bracket: 150,000

Job Purpose:

To support execution of fleet financing operations by managing documentation, system updates, coordination with banks and vendors, tracking of vehicle lifecycle activities, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks across the financing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Execution Support

  • Assist in preparation of financing requests based on employee demand.
  • Maintain tracking system for all vehicle financing requests and approvals.
  • Support end-to-end coordination of the financing workflow.

2. Documentation & File Management

  • Maintain complete physical and digital records of all fleet financing cases.
  • Ensure proper filing of agreements, invoices, insurance, registration, and correspondence.
  • Manage archival and audit readiness of all documentation.

3. Bank & Vendor Coordination

  • Follow up with banks for PR/PO, PBO, lease agreements, and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotation collection, delivery scheduling, and PDI arrangements.
  • Support communication between employees and dealerships.

4. Insurance & Registration Coordination

  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and renewal.
  • Follow up with ETO agents for registration, number plates, and related documentation.
  • Track delivery of registration cards and forward to employees.

5. Invoice & Financial Processing Support

  • Obtain monthly invoices from banks and support verification.
  • Assist in reconciliation of invoice line items against financing schedules.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for Accounts Payable submission.

6. Employee & HR Coordination

  • Maintain communication with employees regarding vehicle status and delivery.
  • Support HR in payroll deduction schedules and updates.
  • Handle employee queries related to fleet financing processes.

7. Settlement & Closure Assistance

  • Support early settlement, resignation, and maturity closure cases.
  • Assist in preparation of settlement calculations for Payroll/Tax teams.
  • Ensure ticket closure for resigned employees.

8. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain updated MIS of all vehicles (status, delivery, payments, insurance).
  • Support preparation of monthly dashboards and operational reports.
  • Track delays and escalate issues to Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, leasing, administration, or finance support

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
