Role Overview

Step into one of Circana’s most influential leadership roles: Executive Vice President of Global Entertainment. This position is the driving force behind the commercial success of a dynamic, multi-billion-dollar sector spanning Global Toys, U.S. Books, North America Video Games, and Global Studio industries

As EVP, you won’t just manage performance — you’ll shape the future of entertainment commerce. You’ll lead a world-class global team, harnessing Circana’s cutting-edge analytics, insights, and solutions to unlock growth for clients across the content and entertainment ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Digital Revolution in Global Entertainment.

  • Command the Future of Entertainment Commerce: Own the sector’s full P&L with a relentless focus on growth, profitability, and market disruption—leveraging data-driven strategies and digital innovation to redefine industry benchmarks.
  • Architect a Bold Vision: Design and execute a transformative roadmap that accelerates near-term wins while pioneering long-term growth through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and next-gen digital solutions.
  • Influence at the Highest Level: Forge deep, strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders, positioning Circana as the indispensable advisor for navigating digital transformation and unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Lead Strategic Negotiations: Drive high-impact renewals and complex contract negotiations, ensuring outcomes that amplify client success and Circana’s leadership in the digital economy.
  • Be the Voice of Innovation: Represent Circana on global stages—industry panels, conferences, and thought leadership forums—championing the future of entertainment powered by data, technology, and AI.
  • Ignite Cross-Functional Transformation: Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to launch disruptive go-to-market strategies, accelerate digital product innovation, and deliver frictionless client experiences.
  • Cultivate a Future-Ready Culture: Inspire teams to embrace agility, creativity, and bold thinking—empowering them to innovate and outperform in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Champion Talent for the Digital Era: Partner with HR and Talent teams to design adaptive organizations, develop next-generation leaders, and implement cutting-edge learning and performance strategies.
  • Lead Enterprise Innovation: Serve as the sector’s ambassador in corporate initiatives, including M&A, AI adoption, digital transformation projects, PR engagements, and employee-led innovation programs.

Requirements

  • Proven Industry Leadership: 10–20 years of progressive experience driving commercial success in global organizations serving General Merchandise (GM), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or retail sectors.
  • Global Influence: Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across local, regional, and global teams—turning complexity into opportunity.
  • Visionary Leadership: A track record of inspiring large, diverse teams to rally behind a bold vision and execute with precision and agility.
  • Strategic Focus: Exceptional prioritization skills to cut through complexity, align resources, and deliver transformative results under accelerated timelines.
  • Master Communicator: Outstanding ability to craft compelling narratives and influence at every level—both written and verbal.
  • Digital Mindset: Agility, creativity, and innovation in leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve complex client challenges and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Academic Foundation: Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred for leaders ready to shape the future.
  • Skills of the Future for This Role: (Digital Transformation Leadership, Data & AI Fluency, Innovation, Global Ecosystem Orchestration, Change Agility & Resilience, Strategic Storytelling, Customer-Centric Digital Strategy).
  • Domestic/International travel and flexible hours required to support a global team.

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, U.S.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $240,000 to $300,000 USD.

This job is also eligible for bonus & equity pay.
