Executive Vice President - Technology & Transformation

The EVP – Technology & Transformation will lead TCF’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda, redefining how work is done across the organization and how technology, data, and AI enable impact at scale. This role goes beyond ownership of systems and infrastructure. It is accountable for reimagining processes, decision-making, and operating models across TCF—working in close partnership with all programs and functions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. The EVP will embed design thinking, systems thinking, and process re-engineering into the organization’s DNA, ensuring that technology is applied as a lever for meaningful transformation rather than an end in itself. A critical dimension of this role is to harness technology and AI to improve teaching and learning outcomes in TCF classrooms and learning spaces. This includes developing and scaling practical, context-relevant solutions that integrate seamlessly into educator workflows and operate effectively within TCF’s on-ground constraints. The role will also serve as the institutional anchor for data governance and information security, ensuring that TCF’s data is reliable, accessible, and protected, while enabling data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization. Success will be measured not by the deployment of technology alone, but by the extent to which transformation efforts result in improved organizational effectiveness, stronger decision-making, and measurable gains in student learning outcomes.

Experience:

• 15–20+ years in technology, digital transformation, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation in complex organizations
• Experience with enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital ecosystems
• Strong leadership experience building and scaling teams
• Experience in education or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
