IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for overall warehouse operations & management at the MRSD Bahawalpur. This includes overall management, inventory control, material handling, SAP-based transaction processing, and adherence to operational standards. The role plays a key part in ensuring material accuracy, process compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless supply chain operations.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage warehouse activities including receiving, issuance, bin management, and stock control in compliance with SAP MM/WMS protocols.
• Ensure timely processing of stock issuance, receipts, and updates in line with PTCL’s Material Management procedures.
• Coordinate and execute inter-depot and regional stock transfers (RSDs to Mini-RSDs) efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Conduct monthly, bi-annual, and annual physical stock counts, ensuring minimal discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Resolve daily operational challenges, including staff supervision, material discrepancies, and process deviations.
• Strong understanding of warehousing principles, inventory control, and bin management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree & Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Experience or Knowledge in warehouse operations

Technical Competency

• Background & Knowledge of basic Supply Chain Management and IT related, Technology
• Capacity forecasting and Plan
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Processes
